You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Shop61 gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Items must be unworn and in its original packaging in order to receive store credit. Please email returns@shop61.com to receive a pre-paid return label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the return amount. Shop61 reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
(a) An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
(b) An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
(c) Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Shop61 reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
